Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms. If any of your details change, you must update your account immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on vdt88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We currently support the following mobile banking methods:

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds must come from your own mobile banking account.
Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.
Keep the transaction receipt as proof of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
vdt88 may process withdrawals after verifying identity if required.

Security Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, vdt88 reserves the right to carry out an additional identity verification process. This is for the protection of your account. The withdrawal will be processed once verification is complete.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on vdt88 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳8,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The bonus is available once per account only.
Only bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering requirement before it is fulfilled.
Wagering contribution may differ depending on the game category in which bets are placed.
If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
vdt88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 Abuse Prevention

vdt88 reserves the right to detect any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or coordinated betting patterns — and to close the accounts involved. In such cases, funds may be forfeited.

VIP Program & Cashback

vdt88's VIP program has five levels. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level. You can advance to higher levels based on your betting activity.

5.1 VIP Cashback Terms

Cashback is paid at a set time each week.
The cashback amount is calculated based on net losses.
There are no separate wagering requirements for cashback.
vdt88 reserves the right to change the cashback rate and payment schedule.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on vdt88 are fair and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. You are advised to read the rules carefully before starting to play.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a server or software error affects the outcome of a game, vdt88 reserves the right to void the round in question. In that case, the staked bet amount will be refunded. Any abnormal amounts displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.3 Fraud & Cheating

Any form of fraudulent activity — such as software hacking, use of bots, collusion, or any other dishonest means — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to all sports betting markets, including cricket and football. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the relevant market will be settled at vdt88's discretion. Requests to cancel bets mid-event may not always be possible.

Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Account Closure by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. You should withdraw any remaining funds before closing your account. If wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met, the bonus will be cancelled.

7.2 Account Closure by vdt88

vdt88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

Violation of the Terms.
Providing false or misleading information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
Account inactivity.
Legal or regulatory reasons.

7.3 Self-Exclusion
